Pear, Hazelnut & Bournville Dark Chocolate Crumble 🍐🍫

Just soooo good!!! Also #glutenfree #dairyfree and #vegan
Bournville has a high sugar content so I didn’t need any extra in the crumble. But if you use a more bitter dark chocolate you may like to add a few tablespoons of sugar into the crumble mix.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel, core and quarter the pears. Lay them in a baking dish.
- 2
Roughly grind your hazelnuts, I have a ninja bullet milling blade that does mine. Otherwise chop them up as best you can.
- 3
Add the buckwheat flour and margerine and use your fingers to rub it into large breadcrumbs.
- 4
Stir in the chopped chocolate to the crumble mix. Sprinkle the mix over the pears and bake for 30 mins at 200 C.

Goat Cheese and Pear Risotto with Chocolate, Caramelized Pears, and Hazelnuts Goat Cheese and Pear Risotto with Chocolate, Caramelized Pears, and Hazelnuts
As you may have noticed from the recipes I share, I’m not a big fan of making desserts. But for a few days, I kept thinking about turning a dessert into a main course. That’s how this truly decadent risotto was born! It features caramelized pears, dark chocolate, hazelnuts, and a creamy risotto base. Give it a try and let me know what you think!I used 85% dark chocolate and fair trade brown sugar. Both worked great! Ale_Dietro le QuintyTranslated from Cookpad Italy -
Hazelnut chocolate spread Hazelnut chocolate spread
Has anyone tried making a chocolate spread? Yes? No? Well, if you love chocolate and you do love spreads I mean dessert spreads not sandwich spreads then you will be amazed by this delicious recipe. 🙂This spread is for those Chocolate fans like my hubby!! ohhh and Hazelnut fans like me! Since I am dieting I have to be careful with my eating habits, but with this one it was truly quite hard to keep away from. When I bake or cook I have to try out the recipe to see how it turned out. Ohhh my, with this one I just could not stop 🙂 uhhh I kept tasting it, and not because it didn’t turn out well, it was just soooo gooood!!.This is similar to let’s say Nutella with a slight difference in the texture of the spread. It is not as creamy as Nutella but it does spread beautifully and it has a intense Hazelnut taste. 🙂 One of my favorite Pastry Chef made this a couple of years ago, and I just had to try this recipe out for myself when I first saw it. I have tried a few times to make a White Chocolate Spread but for some reason it just never works out. 🙁An absolutely scrumptious spread for bread, cookies, croissants, crackers, I can go on and on but I think you get the idea. Baked Dark Chocolate Donuts Made with Pancake Mix Baked Dark Chocolate Donuts Made with Pancake Mix
I took the ingredients from a previously submitted"Steamed Dark Chocolate Cake Made in a Silicone Tray" and I tried transforming it into a baked chocolate doughnut recipe. You can add the whole bar of chocolate if you want to.The sweetness and richness of milk chocolate varies, so adjust the amount of chocolate you use until it's the flavor you want. (This time I used bittersweet chocolate.) For 6, 7 cm [2.8 in] diameter doughnuts. Recipe by Hokkori-no cookpad.japan -
