Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSuji
  2. 1onion sliced
  3. 1green chilli
  4. 2 Red Chillies
  5. 1 teaspoonwhole urad dal
  6. 1 teaspoonchana dal
  7. Half teaspoon mustard seeds
  8. 4cashews
  9. 1Small amount of Ginger chopped
  10. Handfulcurry patta
  11. 2 tablespoonsoil and 2 tablespoons of desi ghee
  12. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast Suji with help of half teaspoon of ghee

    Take oil and ghee in a kadai__Add, mustard seeds, two kinds of Dal, two kinds of Chillies and cashews allow these things to crackle, add onion, curry patta and chopped Ginger fry for 5 minutes, add two and a half cup of water and salt.

    When the water start boiling add suji, keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps, after 2 minutes mix it properly then serve hot.
