Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 6-7brinjals (cut it into long pieces)
  2. 2medium size Tomato
  3. 2medium size onion
  4. 7-8garlic (crushed)
  5. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 3 tsp sunflower oil

Cooking Instructions

    Steam cook the brinjals. Mash it properly.

    Chop the onion and tomato into small pieces. Crush the garlic. Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add crushed garlic and asfoitida. After that add onion and let it cook on low flame.

    Once onion is cooked, add tomatoes. Let it cook for some more time. Add red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well.

    Once onion and tomato cooked properly, add mashed brinjals. Mix it well and cook it on low flame for another 5 to 7 minutes. Serve with Rotla or Roti.
