Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspghee
  2. 100 gmsuji
  3. 2 tbspalmond paste
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. as requiredFinely chopped cashew nuts and almond
  6. 1 tspelachi powder
  7. as neededWater
  8. 100 gmssugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take a thick bottom pan.. Heat ghee in it

    Now add suji... Roast it on low flame

  3. 3

    Once it gets roasted add almond paste...don't make it brown

  4. 4

    Also add chopped nuts.. Roast it for 2 mins more

  5. 5

    Now gradually add water, sugar and milk... Also add elachi powder.. Cover it and cook for 5 mins on very low heat... Till it leaves oil..

  6. 6

    Garnish it with chopped nuts... Serve hot
