Ingredients

  1. 2 cuprice
  2. 1medium size Onions
  3. 1medium size carrot
  4. 1medium size potato
  5. 5-6 Garlic cloves
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tbspghee or oil
  9. 1medium size chopped green chili
  10. 7-8Curry leaves
  11. 2 tspcumin seeds
  12. 2 cloves

Cooking Instructions

    Chopped all vegies and wash the rice 3 4 time

    Chopped all vegies in chopper

  3. 3

    Now heat oil or ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, curry leaves,green chili

  4. 4

    Now add all vegies and saute it for few minutes now add turmeric powder, salt,rice and 4 Cup water and Cook it on medium flame untill three whistle

  5. 5

    Now serve it with tomato soup and enjoy!!!!!
