This is my favourite take away Chinese but with lockdown we thought that we would try it ourselves. Turns out it’s a great recipe!!

This is my favourite take away Chinese but with lockdown we thought that we would try it ourselves. Turns out it’s a great recipe!!
Cooking Instructions

Make the sauce by mixing all ingredients together. Set aside

Chop everything: onion, garlic, mushrooms ready.

Cook the noodles as per the instructions on the packet and drain the water away.

In a frying pan add some sesame oil and cook the mince meat breaking it up as you go along. Cook until it’s turned a lighter colour (seared). Add the onions, garlic and mushrooms and cook for another few minutes. Add 1/2 sauce and cook it through until the meat caramelised. Add 2/3 teaspoon of chilly oil

In a pot prepare the broth and add the rest of the sauce. Bring to a simmer and add the spinach for a minute and the noodles so that they warm up.

Serve in big bowls starting with ladling the broth. Add the meat on top and finish with the spring onions and some more chilly oil

Korean Chinese noodles? What? Are you insane FoFa? Well, maybe i just suck at naming. What it is, i took a Chinese noodles recipe, made some modifications, and here it is. Mostly because i didn't have the Chinese ingredients, but do maintain a small amount of Korean, like gochujang, which life isn't worth living without.Ok, maybe a little stretch there, but seriously, i love the stuff.This isn't really difficult in any sense, or time consuming.You could actually, double the noodles, double the meat, and it would give you more, and be just a little spicy.I would say this is medium spicy as is, unless you are capsaicin challenged, then it would be very spicy.
