Mother's special chicken pulao

Cooking Instructions

First of all soak the rice for half an hour

If you want to cook rice nicely soak them at least half an hour and use old basmati rice

Let start prepare chicken masala for pulao. Wash chicken thoroughly.

Heat up oil and ghee and add onions in it

Fry onions until becomes brown then add half cup water in onions

Now add dry spices in it

Fry it 2 minutes and add tomatoes ginger garlic paste and chicken cube

After 6 minutes add chicken

Fry it 10 min now add yogurt

When masala fry nicely add 5 glass of water bring it to boil

When water boils add rice in it

When half water evaporate start to seamer the rice

Pulao is ready now
