  1. 3potatoes
  2. 1medium-size cauliflower
  3. 2 tspmustard oil
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tspfinely chopped onion
  6. 1 tspfinely chopped ginger
  7. 1/2 tspfinely chopped garlic
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspchili powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 3 tbsptomato paste
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. leavesFinely chopped cilantro
  15. 4 tspwater

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, peel potatoes, cut in slices and cut cauliflower,wash properly and drain the water

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan,set gas on low flame and add cumin seeds, chopped onions. When onion gets light brown color, add the ginger and garlic, after 2 seconds add tomato paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, and chili, stir for 5 minutes

    Add the potatoes and cauliflower,mix all together and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 30 minutes on the low flame.

    Check and stir on the time to time gap.If it burn,add 2 tsp water and cook again

  5. 5

    Finish off with garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and mix again
