Cooking Instructions

Firstly, combine the dough by taking wheat flour, oil, grated pumpkin, chopped onion, cilantro leaves, salt, green chili,ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, mango powder, and garam masala.Mix all together and knead

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions, make a ball, and dust with some wheat flour. further, roll a ball in a circle of about 5 inches in diameter

On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute until golden brown spot appear

Furthermore, flip the paratha untill golden brown

Brush oil/ghee, flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly

Repeat the same process with the remaining dough, and stuffing to make more parantha
- 7
Finally, serve hot aloo paratha with butter, sauce, yogurt, or pickle.
