Fresh fish stew

I had this so many years back, so decided to bring back memories. Am glad even the kids enjoyed it.
Cooking Instructions

Cut the fish into small pieces, clean thoroughly
- 2
Fry onions, garlic until golden brown. Add tomatoes, green pepper and fry to form a thick paste
- 3
Add salt, royco cubes and powder, then add water and bring to a boil
- 4
Add the fish pieces and make sure the water is slightly above the fish
- 5
Simmer for 1hr +, on a medium heat until you get a thick sauce, add coriander and remove from heat
- 6
Serve with soft, hot ugali

Pepperoni pizza pasta salad
This is one of many versions of my pasta salad. I call this one pizza pasta, so my kids will eat it, if it has the word pizza in it my kids will eat it lol!!!
