Ingredients

40 minutes
4. people
  1. 250 grmsRohu Fish, 3 big onions
  2. As neededTamarind paste taken from the lemon sized tamarind
  3. 1 teaspoonChilli powder, 8 green chillies, 19 curry leaves
  4. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  5. 1 tablespoonsalt
  6. 4table spoons of oil
  7. 6fenugreek seeds, one bunch coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes

    In a flat pan add oil and then add fenugreek seeds

  2. 2

    Add onions green chillies curry leaves and coriander leaves.

  3. 3

    Satea them for few minutes then add all spices and cook for few seconds.

  4. 4

    Then add fish pieces and see that all the fish pieces are well coated with the curry mixture.

    Cook for few minutes and then add tamarind paste.

  6. 6

    Then cook untill the stew comes to boil. Then garnish with fresh coriander leaves and switch off the flame

  7. 7

    Serve with rice. Taste evolves next day of cooking.
