Ingredients

  1. 6potatoes, diced
  2. 2leeks, sliced (make sure they are rinsed well)
  3. 3 tbspoil for frying potatoes
  4. 4 tbspmargarine

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and rinse potatoes. Then dice the potatoes

  2. 2

    Add oil to pan. Heat then add potatoes

  3. 3

    When potatoes are almost done add margarine and leeks. Finish cooking. Season to taste. I used a pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkled with seasoning salt.

    My kids topped this some shredded cheese
