Cooking Instructions

Sieve flour in a bowl, add yeast, salt and mix then gradually add warm water and mix to foam a batter not too watery and not too hard

Close the bowl with kitchen towel or nylon then put in a warm place for 30mnt or until double in size. Deep fry in a hot oil

Wash and blend your tomato, pepper, Scotch bonnet, garlic and onion, pour in pot and boil until the water drain up

Blend your egusi and groundnut and keep aside, cut and wash your spinach drain and set aside

When the water completely drain up then add in veg oil and chop onion fry for 3mnt, add seasoning, spices, curry and thyme fry for 5mnt

Add in chicken, egusi and groundnut keep frying for 10mnt, add chicken stock and cover the pot for some mnts then add in spinach mix and cover the pot until simmer. Serve 😋 😋 😋
