Cooking Instructions

Take a big deep pan and pour ghee n put on gas.Add wheat flour in it.

Cook flour in slow flame till it turns light brown.

Meanwhile make powder in mixer of coconut,almond, cashew.Grind gond also.Add raisin n poppy seed in other dry fruits.

In other pan take one spoon ghee n 2spoon of water and add jaggery till it melt.check if there is any lump and melt it properly

When our flour is cooked properly then add gond in it.

Stir continuously.add carom seed in it.then add mawa n mix it properly.

Now add all dry fruits in it.Mix well all.Make small pinnis from it.Enjoy with hot milk in cold winter.
