  1. 1 kgBone less chicken
  2. 1/2 cupOil
  3. 2 tbspButter
  4. 3Onion
  5. 4Tomatoes
  6. 1 cupYogurt
  7. 6-7Garlic cloves (cut length wise)
  8. 1 pieceGarlic Julienne cut
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Chilli powder to taste
  11. 1/2 tspHaldi
  12. 1 tspDhania powder
  13. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  14. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (roasted and crushed)
  15. 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds (roasted and crushed)
  16. 1 tbspKasori methi
  17. 3-4Green chilli
  18. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Oil aur butter mein 5 mint chicken ko fry karen, jab fry ho jae usay alag nikal lain

    Ab oil mein ginger garlic dal ke 2-3 mint fry karen.
    Onion dalen aur usay itna pakayen ke transparent ho jae.

    Phir tomato aur thora sa pani dal ke dhakan band kar ke pakne rakh dain..

    Jab tomato gal jaen is mein namak, mirch, haldi, dhania, kali mirch dal ke bhon lain

  5. 5

    Ab masale mein chicken aur thora pani daal ke pakayen.

  6. 6

    Ab dahi phent ke dalen sath hi zeera aur dhania dal dain.

  7. 7

    Ab kasoori methi aur green chilli daal ke dam pe rakh dain. Serve and enjoy
