  1. 1 cupPotato (Boiled, peeled and grated)
  2. 200 gmsPaneer (Grated)
  3. 1/2 cupMozzarella Cheese (Grated)
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 3chillies, chopped
  6. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  7. 4 tbspCornflour
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2 tbspAll-purpose flour
  10. 1 cupBread crumbs
  11. 1 tbspchilli flakes
  12. 1 tbspmixed herbs
  13. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix potato, paneer, salt, chilli flakes,mixed herbs,bread crumbs, chopped chilli, onions, ginger garlic paste and cornflour in a bowl.

    Mix well and make a soft non-sticky dough. Keep aside.

    Make small balls from this mixture

    Flatten the ball and keep mozzarella cheese and corn in the centre.

    Get the edges together and stuff the cheese well.

    In another bowl add all-purpose flour, corn flour and add water to make a thin paste.

    Dip the balls in the flour paste and then roll them in the bread crumbs.

    Make all the balls in the same manner.

    Fry until bread cheese balls turns golden brown and crisp.

    Remove on a plat lined with kitchen towel

    Enjoy bread cheese balls with tomato sauce.
