  1. Formaking dough :
  2. 1 bowlwheat flour
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. As required water
  5. For stuffing :
  6. 100 gmspaneer
  7. 1small onion
  8. 2Green Chillies
  9. 1 " piece ginger
  10. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  11. as per taste salt
  12. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  14. 1/4 tspdry mango powder
  15. 2 tbspcooking oil
  16. As required Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Mix wheat flour, salt in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 15 minutes.

    Crumble paneer. Add chopped onion, green chili, grated ginger, and coriander leaves. Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, and mango powder and mix well.

    Take a portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it around. Apply ghee and keep stuffing on it.

    Make it round by bringing edges to the centre. Roll again. Heat a griddle and put it on the griddle. Roast for 1 minute.

    Flip the side and roast from another side also for 2 minutes. Flip again.

    Now apply ghee and shallow fry from both sides till golden brown.

    Serve hot with butter.
