Ingredients

  1. 2 cupDaliya
  2. 5 cup Water
  3. 1 Carrot
  4. 1 onion
  5. ½ bowl peas
  6. 1bowl cauliflower
  7. 1 potato beans
  8. 1 tspjeera
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 pinchHeeng
  12. 2 tbspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Roast the daliya without oil

    Chopped all veggies in small pieces

  3. 3

    Now in a pressure cooker drop Desi ghee and add jeera and red chilli powder.

    Add onion and fry. After that add all veggies like peas, cauliflower, carrot and potato and french beans

  5. 5

    Fry all the vegetables properly and add Roasted daliya in it.

    Now add water and mix well

  7. 7

    Now take a tadka pan and add ghee,heeng, jeera and red chilli powder. Make a tadka

  8. 8

    Pour this tadka on veg daliya. Healthy veg daliya is now ready to eat.
