Wash Daliya and boil

Check if boiled then strain the excess water with the help of strainer

Now add boiled potatoes boiled Peas, carrots, rest of the masalas and coriander leaves

Make small balls of the mixture and flatten them

Add water in the corn flour and make a thick paste of it

Heat up a non stick Tawa and pour some oil on it

Shallow fry all the patties until golden brown

Serve hot with salad and mint dip
