    Palak 2 kisam ki hoti hy ek hoti hy sindhi palak usay boil nahi karna parhta usay kaat ke dho ke pakana hota hy dusri palak bare pate wali hoti hy usay kaat ke boil kar ke banana parhta hy agar ap ke pass sindhi palak hy toh uski sticks toor ke palak ko kaat lein agar bare pate wali palak hy toh boil kar lein dusri pic main tazi maithi hy maithi ki bhi sticks alag kar ke patte dalne hain aur laal gajar piyaz timatar allu ko kaat kar lein

    Ek handi main Oil ko garam kar ke us main piyaz add karen jab piyaz lite brown ho jaye toh us main lasan adrak paste add karen

    Ab gosht laal mirch powder, haldi, kuta daniya, garam masala aur namak add kar ke ek min ke liye bhone ke cover kar ke rakh dein 5 mins ke liye

    After 5 mins palak, tazi maithi hara daniya

    Aur timatar add kar ke mix kar ke 30 mins ke liye cover kar ke rakh dein medium flame pe

    After 30 mins laal gajar aur allu add kar ke mix karen phir 1 cup water add kar ke 20 mins ke liye low flame pe rakh dein

    20 mins baad check kar lein agar allu gal gaye hun toh high flame kar ke salan ka pani thora khushk kar lein jab khushk ho jaye toh last main hari mirchen add kar ke 10 mins ke liye low flame pe rakh ke utar dein

    Sabzi palak ready hy ab garma garam chawalon ke sath yan chapati ke sath serve karen
