My Spicy Love Noodles My Spicy Love Noodles
I love fusing seasoning just to see what would come from it. In this dish I mix cilantro, an Asian chili garlic sauce and low-sodium soy sauce. I loved it.Now remember all three seasonings can be very overpowering. So please adjust to your liking. Play around with it. I made this a meatless main dish for me. Tell me what type of dish would this be for you? What would you add? Conchata Hosley -

Blackened Tilapia 1-2-3 Blackened Tilapia 1-2-3
Cajun cuisine is one of those types the hubby and I absolutely love, but hardly ever eat for some reason. The hubby was craving some blackened anything the other day, so I made this for him using the blackened seasoning I made and it turned out great! It was the first time I had cooked with said seasoning and I was pleased the results met what I've seen in restaurants where we've enjoyed blackened fish or chicken in the past. He said it definitely has to be made again, and with more things! Lol StephieCanCook -
Corn Rice with the Silky Strings Corn Rice with the Silky Strings
I found out that the silky strings that you get inside corn on the cob are good for reducing bloating so now I always add them when making rice with corn. Please adjust the amount of salt to your taste. The kombu is optional, just add it if you want to -The corncob will help add more flavour to the rice so please make sure to add it in too.You can use fresh corn or boiled corn for this recipe, it's up to you. Cherry Blossom Mochi with Petals Cherry Blossom Mochi with Petals
When I tried making some Kanto-style sakura mochi I ran out of cherry blossom leaves! Suddenly I had a brainwave and I made these very pretty sakura mochi instead. They look good for Girl's Day as well. The cherry blossom petals will be quite salty so make sure to rinse the salt off well. Think carefully about where to place the cherry blossom petal in the batter (the centre is not a good place). You should place them somewhere where they will appear near the edge of the roll. My husband made this for us on his day off. The kids loved it too. It was eaten up in no time!It may look like a lot of ingredients, but it's no big deal. The miso is essential to the sauce! If you are worried about the egg exploding, make a hole in the yolk with a toothpick. For 4 servings. Recipe by meimey cookpad.japan
