Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssooji (fine)
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 3/4 cuppowder sugar
  4. 1/4 cupoil
  5. 2 tbspmilk powder
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  9. 1/3 cupmilk (add if more milk needed)
  10. 1/2 cuptutti frutti
  11. 1 tspwheat flour
  12. 1 tbspchopped dry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the suji to fine powder. In a bowl add curd, powder sugar, milk powder and oil. Mix well. Now add the grinded suji. Mix well.

    Cover and keep it aside for 15 mins. Now open the lid, add baking powder and baking soda and milk. Mix again. Add more if reqd.

    Now in tutti frutti add flour and mix. Add it to the suji batter.

    Preheat a big pan, place a stand. Grease a cake tin with oil, sprinkle some flour and then pour the batter into the tin. Bake it for 40 mins on medium low flame.

    When ready remove from the pan and allow it to cool completely. Remove and cut it, its ready.
