Ingredients

  1. 2papad
  2. 1 tspred chilli powder
  3. 1 tspcoriander powder
  4. 1 tsphaldi/ turmeric powder
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 cupWhisked curd
  7. as neededWater
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1 tspmustard seeds
  10. 2 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Break the papad into small pieces.

    Heat oil in a kadhai. Add jeera and mustard seeds. Let them splutter. Then add papad and roast the papads for about a minute.

    Add around one glass of water and let it come to boil.

  4. 4

    Now add all the spice,.that is, add haldi,chiili powder,coriander powder and salt.Stir continuosly till everything combines well.

    Now add whisked curd and stir continuosly on low flame as there are chances of curd getting curdled.

    Simmer for 2 min or more.

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
