Easy and amazing biryani for those days you are craving some spicy food.
Cooking Instructions

Mix in your meat with the ginger garlic paste and add in the lemon juice and let sit for a minimum of 6hours(makes the meat very tender)

Fry your onions and once they are golden brown pour in your meat mixture and let the water die down completely.

Add in your potatoes,tomato paste and royco then mix.

Add in your tomatoes,then the biryani spice and let it boil for 2min then add in your sour milk. Taste for salt and add to your liking. Let it simmer on low heat till thick.

Cook the rice separately and add a pinch of the food colour.

Once the meat is ready and thick,serve with your rice and enjoy.
