Vegetable full of iron n my favorite... bhindi is the vegetable I highly recommend to eat. You can have it dry like this or have with curry. It really tastes superb. Using less ingredients, you make a very tasty dish.

Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 250 gbhindi (okra)(lady's finger)
  2. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspcoriander powder
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. as per taste salt
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash n clean bhindi n drain water completely.

    Now cut them in small round pieces.

  3. 3

    Heat some oil n add cut bhindi to it. Saute well for about half or a minute. Cook without covering the lid.

    Then add ginger garlic paste. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder n cumin seeds.

    Mix everything well n n let's cook on medium flame. Keep stirring gradually n cook bhindi well until it roasted properly n the masala too.

    Bhindi is ready to be served.
