Ingredients

  1. 4 StalksSpring onion
  2. 2green chilies (chopped)
  3. 2potatoes (grated)
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspred chili powder
  6. 1 tspcumin powder
  7. 1 Tbscorn flour
  8. 3 Tbsbaisan
  9. Oil for frying

    Take a bowl and add chopped spring onion (white bulb with green leaves), grated potatoes and chopped green chilies. Mixed with salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, cornflour and baisan

    My tip: Mix it up with hands first as the grated potatoes is having starchy water. If you need more water then just spray it. But don’t pour it. Keep mixing with hands.

    On the other hand, put the wok or pan with oil on stove and make it hot. Once its hot. Start pouring the batter with hands into the pan. Start flipping pakoras with turner and keep stirring it.

    Once it turns golden, take it out in strainer and the. In serving dish. Serve with chili garlic sauce or ur favorite dip.
