Cooking Instructions

Wash the sabudana properly, then soak it in water for 1-2 hour. After that take a pan, add milk in it then put it on the flame. Stir continuously, when it's start to boil, switch the flame on medium flame and keep stirring for 10 minutes, after that add soaked sabudana and stir well.

When sabudana almost cooked add chopped almonds, cashew and saffron milk in it. Stir it well. Continue the cooking sabudana on medium flame. Once the sabudana cooked add condensed milk in it. And mix it well.

After adding condensed milk continue stirring the kheer for 4-5 minutes on medium flame. After that switch off the flame and add ghee. Mix it well.

Your sabudana kheer is ready. If you want serve it hot. If not refrigerate it for 2 hour, then serve it chilled. Garnish with chopped nuts, silver warq and kesar stands. Enjoy!
