Cut the potatoes and brinjals in small pieces

Grind the materials (onions, green chillies, tomatoes and ginger)

Heat the cooker

Add cooking oil

After heating oil, add grinded ingredients

Saute for 5 minutes

Add all spices

Saute for 5 minutes again and add 1/2 cup water

Add potatoes and brinjals

Cover the cooker lid and wait for 2 whistles

After get whistles, wait for 5 minutes

Add fresh coriander leaves

Serve with Chapatis
