  2. 50 gdessicated coconut
  3. 200 gsugar
  4. 100 gmargarine
  5. 100 gcooking oil
  6. 1lemon
  7. 5eggs
  8. Pinchsalt

    Grease baking tins, preheat oven at 160 degress. Mix salad,oil and sugar with a hand mixer till well combined

    Add eggs one at a time plus the lemon zest and lemon juice. Add flour mixed with dessicated coconut and pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Pour in the baking tin and bake till evenly cooked and knife comes out clean
