Ingredients

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking Time-2 h10mins.

  1. FORWalnut Milk
  2. 1 cupWalnuts
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. 1 tsphoney
  5. 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  6. For Smoothie
  7. 1 cupWalnut milk
  8. 1/2 cupspinach
  9. 1/2 cupgrapes
  10. 1/2 cupavocado
  11. For Garnish
  12. as requiredKiwi slices, oats, pine grate seeds, avocado slices

Cooking Instructions

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking Time-2 h10mins.

    For Walnut Milk - Soak Walnut in water for 2 hours. Drain.

    In a blender add the soaked Walnuts, 2 cups chilled water, honey, and vanilla essence, and run on high the blender for 1 min.

    In a muslin cloth add the walnut mix and squeeze the milk out onto a bowl. Your Walnut milk is ready to use

    For Smoothie - add to blender spinach, grapes, avocado, and walnut milk and run the blender smooth.

    Pour the smoothie onto a bowl and garnish with sliced avocados, walnuts, oats, pomegranate seeds and enjoy.
