  1. 3 cupsexe mandazi flour
  2. 1large egg
  3. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1/4 cupsugar
  6. 1 tbspmargarine

    Sieve your flour and mix it with margarine until it feels like sandy soil.

    Add cinnamon and sugar to the flour and mix well.

    Mix milk and eggs n whisk abit.Add it to the flour little by little as you knead.knead for 3 to 4mins until soft n not sticky.

    Çover the dough in a cling film wrapped with a kitchen towel for 20mins and place in a warm place.

    Unwrap it after 20mins.Knead it for another 3 to 4 minutes on a floured top.

    Cover it with a cling film and kitchen towel for 30mins again.

    Flour your working top,roll your dough and cut it into 8 pieces and make balls

    Roll each ball into a round shaped 1cm thick and cut into quarters.Repeat the same for all balls as you align them on the tray.

    Heat your deep frying oil and fry your maandazis on a medium heat for about 2mins both sides.Serve with hot beverages and enjoy.
