Ingredients

  1. 2leftover roti
  2. 4boiled potatoes
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1/4 tspcumin powder
  7. 1 tspdry mango powder
  8. 1/4 Tsp garam masala
  9. 3-4 tbspoil for frying
  10. 2 tspcornflour
  11. as requiredWater
  12. as requiredchopped coriander leaves

    First prepare stuffing. In a bowl mashed potatoes

    Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, cumin powder, garam masala.

    Mix all spices well. Add chopped coriander leaves.

  4. 4

    Make slurry of cornflour.

  5. 5

    Take a roti spread stuffing all over. Paste slurry on two ends.

  6. 6

    Heat oil. Shallow fry rolls.cook until golden in colour both sides.

    Cut into pieces. Roti bhakarwadi ready to eat.
