Ingredients

  1. 3ripe mangoes
  2. 3 tspmilk
  3. 6 tspsugar
  4. 2 tspcardomom powder
  5. for puris-
  6. 2cup wheat flour,
  7. 3tsp semolina,
  8. as per taste salt
  9. As neededwater for kneading the dough
  10. as requiredoil to deep fry the puris

    Wash the mangoes properly then peel and chopped

    Then squeezed with hands,add milk some cardomom powder and whisk with the hand blender

  3. 3

    At last add sugar then whisk it again....keep in the refrigerator

  4. 4

    Aside made a dough for puris add wheat flour,semolina and some water knead a dough

  5. 5

    Heat a kadhai to defry the puris

  6. 6

    Roll it with rolling pin and defry the puris
