  1. 10florets gobhi
  2. 3 cupwater
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 100 gmgram flour
  5. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 teaspooncarom seeds
  7. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  8. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  9. As per taste salt
  10. as neededWater
  11. as neededOil for deep fry

    In large pan boil water with salt. Add gobhi and boil for 2 minutes.

    Drain off the gobhi and keep aside.

    Take bowl add besan and water water to make a smooth paste. Now add cumin seeds, carom, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix it well.

    Heat oil in pan.Deep the gobhi one by one in besan batter.

    Fry gobhi from both the side till golden brown.
