Roast vermicelli in hot ghee until they turn golden brown.

Now turn off the flame and put it aside. Take another pan and pour milk and allow it to boil just for 2 minutes.Add crushed cardamom to it.

Now add vermicelli to the pan and cook in medium to low flame and keep stirring continuously.Add saffron.

Now add sugar and dry fruits into it and continue cooking for 15 minutes or until it turns thick and saffrons spread their beautiful color.

You can Serve both as hot or chilled as per your convenience. Let it cool down to normal temperature and then refrigerate it for 3 hours.
