Ingredients

  1. 4large potatoes
  2. 2 tspcrushed black pepper
  3. As Per Taste Salt
  4. as per required Oil for fry
  5. cubesas per required Cold water with ice

Cooking Instructions

    Peel all potatoes and cut in long slices and then cut all slices lengthwise in finger wedges.

    Wash thoroughly, soak in ice cubes cold water for at least 1 hour.

    Take out and drain water and make it dry with a cotton cloth.

  4. 4

    Heat a frying pan, add oil to deep fry.
    When a little bit of smoke comes out from oil, fry french fries in portions a medium to high flame.

    Fry all potatoes wedges.
    Ready to serve.
    Sprinkle some salt and crushed black pepper to enhance more flavor and taste.
    Serve with tomato ketchup.
