Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled Rice (for cooking rice) :-
  2. 1 cupbasmati rice
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. as required water for soaking & boiling
  6. For fried rice:
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 2 clovesgarlic (finely chopped)
  9. 1/2onion (finely chopped)
  10. 4 tbspspring onion (chopped)
  11. 1/4carrot (finely chopped)
  12. 2 tbspcabbage (finely chopped)
  13. 2 tbsppeas / matar
  14. 5beans (chopped)
  15. 1/4capsicum (finely chopped)
  16. 3/4 tspsalt
  17. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  18. 1 tbspvinegar
  19. 1 tsppepper (crushed) optional
  20. 1/4 tspsalt
  21. 1 tspred chilli sauce 😋

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, in a large Kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and stir-fry 2 cloves garlic.
    also, saute ½ onion and 2 tbsp spring onion until they sweat.
    furthermore add vegetables of your choice like ¼ carrot, 2 tbsp cabbage, 2 tbsp peas, 5 beans, ¼ capsicum, and ½ tsp salt.

    Stir fry on high flame without overcooking vegetables.
    now add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar, red chili sauce 😋 stir-fry until the sauce is combined well. Keeping the flame on high, add cooked rice.

    Also, add 1 tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt. adjust the salt as soy sauce has salt.
    stir-fry by mixing well making sure rice grains won't break.
    further, add 2 tbsp spring onions and mix well.

    Finally, enjoy veg fried rice with gobhi Manchurian.
