Ingredients

  1. 3 smallPotatoes
  2. 1Onion
  3. 2Tomatoes
  4. 4 tbspOil
  5. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  6. 1/4 tspKalonji seeds
  7. Salt
  8. 1/2 tspRed chili
  9. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  10. Water
  11. Ginger
  12. Green chilli
  13. Coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry cumin and kalonji.

  2. 2

    Add in sliced onion, fry till golden. Add tomatoes and fry.

  3. 3

    Add spices and fry with little water. Add ginger and green chilli

  4. 4

    Add potatoes (cube cut) and fry, add water 1 cup. Cover and cook till it becomes tender.

  5. 5

    Add coriander leaves. Serve with paratha or chapati.
