Domino’s Meatball Pizza:
Cooking Instructions

🌻Dough:
To make the dough, whisk yeast and water in a heatproof jug. Stand for 5 minutes or until frothy.
Place flour and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre. Pour in the yeast mixture and oil. Using your hands or a spatula, mix the dough until it comes together and is smooth. Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead briefly. - 2
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap. Set aside in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for another 5 minutes or until smooth. Divide dough in half and roll out pizza bases to round shape. Sprinkle a little flour on the kitchen counter before rolling to prevent dough from sticking. Transfer bases to prepared trays.

🌻MEATBALL TOPPING:
While the pizza dough is proving, make the meatball topping. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 210°C. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.

Combine the mince meat breadcrumbs, egg yolk, and some seasoning in a large bowl. Mix everything with your hands for about 5 mins until well combined, then roll the mixture into balls. Heat the remaining oil in a large nonstick frying pan over a medium heat, and fry the meatballs for 5 mins until evenly browned. Set aside.

🌻Pizza:
Spread bases evenly with pizza sauce Top the pizza with the meatballs, pressing them into the sauce and then scatter over the both cheeses. Immediately slide the pizza tray onto the hot oven and bake for 15-18 mins, or until the pizza is cooked through in the middle and crisp around the edges. Scatter over the parmesan and oregano. Serve hot ♨️
