I made a cheat day yesterday… beef nihari with bone marrow. Usually people make nihari in chicken also but in my home chicken nihari doesn’t exist. So always I make in beef. I don’t know what to cook. So I just took it out one packet of beef and made it. Garma garam naan and the sprinkle of condiments gives a delicious taste and flavor. 😋 #fat

Ingredients

3 hrs
3 persons
  1. 500 gmbeef meat with bones
  2. Halfpacket Shan nihari masala
  3. 1onion thin slices
  4. 4 tbsatta
  5. Water
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tspRed chili powder
  8. 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Pour oil in the pot and add masala, beef meat and bones with ginger garlic paste. Add red chili powder, little bot salt and fry it. Fry till the oil leaves the surface of the pot. On the other stove, start boiling water in a sauce pan.

    Once the meat fry it with spices properly, pour hot boiling water on the top. Cover the pot and leave it on medium flame for one and the half an hour at least. If the meat gets tender, then go to next step. If not then still keep it on stove.

    Once the meat gets tender, add the paste if Atta (4 tbs Atta mix with water and make a paste). Add in the nihari while keep stirring spoon. Keep it on the medium flame.

    In the mean while, pour our in pan and add thin sliced onion. Make it golden brown. Add in Nihari with oil. Leave it for low flame for 10-15 mins.

    Nihari is ready to serve. Put some garnishing, julienne ginger, coriander, chilies in serving bowl and serve it.

    When were you having it, squeeze a lemon in your plate and add sone more ginger, chilies and coriander and enjoy with garma garam naan😋
