Ingredients

30minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 cupsevai
  2. 1onion finely chopped
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 8-10curry leaves
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1 tspchilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  9. as per tastesalt
  10. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  11. 1 tspcumin seeds
  12. 2 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up a deep sauce pan, add in oil..add mustard seeds, cumin seeds let it splutter now add chopped onions &curry leaves, saute it for 3-4 minutes, add ginger garlic paste saute it till raw smell
    evoperates

    Now add two eggs add little salt and whisk like you do scrambled eggs..add turmeric powder and red chilli powder..mix well.. add 2 cups of water...mix well and let it boil...

    When water starts to boil add sevai slowly..keep stirring...when it starts to thicken lower the flame cover the lid, and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.. or until done..... serve hot...
