Cooking Instructions

Take a pan and add almond and roast in slow flame for 2 min

Add cashewnut (split)and roast for 2 min

Add pistachio and roast for another 2 min and add ghee and again roast for 2 min

Now add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, watermelon seeds,chia seeds,flax seeds,white sesame, black sesame and roast every thing properly.

Now take another pan and add brown sugar.let caramelized completely.

Add honey and lemon juice and mix properly.

Add above roasted dry fruits.Immediately switch off the flame and mix properly

Take a square cake mould and line with parchment paper and spread above mixture

Keep it for 15-20 min and cut into desire shape and let completely cool and store in air tight container.
