Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfine semolina
  2. 3/4 cupGhee
  3. 1 cuphot milk
  4. 3/4 cupsugar
  5. 2ripe bananas
  6. 1 Tablespooncardamom powder
  7. 1 TablespoonRaisins
  8. 1 Tablespoonalmonds and cashews chopped
  9. as neededFew strands of saffron soaked in 1 tablespoon warm milk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Roast the semolina dry. Add ghee and keep roasting till nice pink in color.
    Add chopped bananas, raisins and keep roasting for a minute.

    Now add mill and cover and cook for 2 minutes.
    Add sugar and mix till the Sheera leaves the pan.

  3. 3

    Add saffron soaked in milk and mix.
    Sprinkle some cardamom powder and then garnish with some chopped almonds and cashews.
