Cooking Instructions

In a sufuria (pressure cooker), mix your beef with garlic, ginger,and salt to taste.
- 2
Add water to cover the meat and cover with the lid then boil until it's soft
- 3
Add potatoes, onions and chillies
- 4
Add blended tomatoes and continue boiling.
- 5
Add spinach (optional)let them steam for 1-2 min then remove from heat. Serve and enjoy.
