  1. Chicken marinade
  2. 300 gChicken mid-joint wing
  3. PinchGround Black Pepper
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Flour mixture
  6. 50 grice flour
  7. 50 gcorn flour
  8. Sweet and spicy sauce
  9. 2 tbspGochujang
  10. 2 tbspKetchup
  11. 2 tbspHoney
  12. 2 tbspWater
  13. 1 tbspButter
  14. 1 tbspMinced Garlic
  15. 1 tbspVinegar
  16. Pinchsalt
  17. Topping
  18. Green onion, chopped
  19. White sesame

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the chicken. Rinse and use paper towel to dry.

    In a container, add chicken, pepper and salt. Mix well. Marinade in the fridge for 30 min.

    Prepare all the sauce ingredients. Preheat a non-stick saucepan with medium heat, add all the sauce ingredients. Bring it to boil. Turn off the heat. Cool down.

    When the chicken is ready, pre-heat the air-fryer 180c. Bring out a large bowl. Add rice flour and corn flour and mix well. Coat each chicken with flour mixture. Remove excesive flour.

    Transfer the chicken to the air-fryer and cook for 15 min. Flip to the other side and cook for another 15 min until they turn brown and crispy.

    Heat the sauce with low-medium heat. Add the fried chicken and coat thoroughly. Transfer to a plate. Garnish with green onion and white sesame.
