Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 6ripe bananas
  3. Some peanuts
  4. 200 mlbuttermilk
  5. 150 mlsalad oil
  6. 1/2 cupsugar
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  9. 1 tbscinnamon
  10. 5eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add a pinch of salt.

    Mix eggs, oil, sugar, milk and add in mashed ripe bananas.

    Add the dry to wet ingredients. Then fold in the peanuts. Leave some to spread on top of the bread.

    Bake in 2 greased loaf tins at 160 degrees for 1 hour, till baked.
