Ingredients

  1. 1small cabbage
  2. 1tomato
  3. 1potato
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. 1 handfulgreen peas
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 2 tbspmustard oil
  10. 1/2 tsppachforon
  11. 1tejpatta/bay leaf
  12. 1 tspjeera (cumin)powder
  13. 1 tspcoriander powder
  14. 1 tspgaram masala
  15. 1 tspghee
  16. 2 tspcoriander leaves
  17. 2green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a kadai with oil, add pachforon and tejpatta

  2. 2

    Fry a potato and cabbage with salt and turmeric powder, tomato

  3. 3

    Add some sugar, jeera, coriander powder, chilli powder, green chilli

  4. 4

    Keep on a slow flame

  5. 5

    When it is at the last step add gorom masala, ghee and coriander leaves and green peas

  6. 6

    Serve this with rice and roti
