Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 2onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1potato
  5. 1 cuppeas
  6. 4carrot
  7. 2green chilli
  8. 1 tblsginger, garlic paste
  9. as per taste Salt
  10. 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
  11. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  12. 1/3 tbsp garam masala
  13. 2-3cloves
  14. 1bay leave
  15. 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  16. 3 tbsp Oil
  17. 2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pressure cooker add oil heat the oil. And add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, bay leaves, cloves and mix it well soute for a minute.

    Now add onions, potato, peas, carrot, Tomato and mix it well.

    Now add all spices salt, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala and mix it well. Now cover the lid and cook until veggies soft.

    After veggies are soft now add 2 cup water and mix it. Now add rice mix well.Now open the pressure cooker and give 2 witsle and cook your rice.

    After 2 witsle open your cooker and your delicious matar pulao is ready to eat.
