Ingredients

  1. 4-5boiled potatoes
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1 inchGinger
  4. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  5. 1 tspjeera seeds
  6. 1/2tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1/2tsp chilli powder
  8. 1/2tsp coriander powder
  9. 2green chillies
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 2dried Red chillies
  12. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into small pieces. Mash half potatoes. Make paste of tomatoes, ginger and green chillies.

    Take a pan add oil. When hot add dried red chillies, laung, dalchini, elaichi and jeera.Let it splutter. Add tomato paste to it. Let it cook. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder.

    You can adjust red chilli as per your taste. Once done add boiled potatoes in it. Add water for gravy as you like. Cover and cook it in sim for 2 mins finally add coriander leaves and serve
