  4. Nylone for wrapping

Cooking Instructions

    Boil some water in a pot, mix 2cups of semolina with cold water mix well and stir into the boiling water.close the lid and reduce the heat

    Cook for 15mins then open the pot and stir in the remaining semolina flour until you get a firm and lumps free dough, add little water and close the pot, let it Cook on low heat for 20 mins,

    After 20mins you bring it down and mix well until smooth and soft, then you open the nylone and scoop some tobit then wrap and set aside
